We are so glad that our friend referred us to Mario. Mario always treated us like we were his most valuable client. He was most concerned with making sure that we found a home that would make us happy. Mario never pushed us into making a decision and made sure that we were aware of all the factors that could influence our decision. He was extremely knowledgable about the north suburbs and was quick to find and point out potential issues in homes. He continued to show us homes and work with us until we found the home that was right for us. Throughout the negotiating process, Mario listened to what we could afford and combined it with his market knowledge and negotiating experience to get us to the price we were looking for. We have been living in our home for a few months now, and we are so happy that we chose this house among all the properties that we saw for a full year.
